Happy Holidays, Winter Bunny!

Happy Holidays? I know it's only September, but I've been getting an early start on ideas for a friend's cards. I wanted this one to be a more general winter card. First I used all of my white and kraft cardstock remnants to paper piece a burst. I paired it with some DCWV patterned paper and die cut/replaced a Copic colored circle. The way all the pieces fit together makes me feel like I put together a puzzle..with no reference picture!

Winter bunny was Copic colored, fussy cut, and popped up on foam adhesive. I imagine the rain dot stickers to be snow flying through the air as Winter Bunny rushes through - yes, an abstract representation of snow.

To balance out the dimension, I popped up a layered tag sentiment saturated with Versamark ink to create subtle contrast from the background.

I'm posting this one for Lawnscaping Challenge #65 again! My favorite supplies used here are Lawn Fawn, Cutter Bee scissors, Copics, and kraft accents. Lawn Fawn critters are actually what gave me the final push to start stamping and also Copic coloring, so they're important to me!

  3. How adorable! I love the way you created a scene for the bunny (one of my Lawn Fawn favorites) and used those rain dots (another favorite).
